These Terms govern use of the OwnerLed Systems website and any website-based communication program. A separate written service agreement governs paid implementation or managed services.
Website information
Website content describes possible systems, pilot structures, examples, safeguards, pricing, and implementation options. It is general information and does not create a client relationship, final scope, quote, guarantee, or obligation to begin work.
Scoping and availability
All projects require review before setup. Services, timing, pricing, supported tools, integrations, permissions, customer-facing language, safeguards, usage allowances, testing requirements, and launch readiness must be confirmed in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
OwnerLed Systems does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, booked jobs, response times, customer behavior, employee adoption, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output. The under-60-second website-lead response timing shown on this site describes a current eligible test path and is not a service-level guarantee.
AI and human review
AI-assisted systems can sort, summarize, draft, ask approved questions, route, log, and support approved workflows. Outputs may still be incomplete, incorrect, unclear, or inappropriate. Exact quotes, final pricing, refunds, discounts, billing disputes, complaints, injury or damage claims, legal issues, emergencies, unsafe content, and unclear or low-confidence cases may require human review.
OwnerLed Systems SMS program
By providing your phone number and separately opting in, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from OwnerLed Systems about your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, or support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Client messaging programs
Client businesses using OwnerLed Systems technology are separate message senders. Their messaging programs, consent records, terms, privacy notices, customer relationships, content, and legal obligations remain their responsibility. Each sender must identify itself and obtain consent appropriate to its own campaign and use case.
Acceptable use and media
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, explicit, harmful, or unrelated content. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, account credentials, or highly sensitive access information through public forms or ordinary email.
Intellectual property
OwnerLed Systems retains ownership of its workflow designs, prompts, routing logic, operating methods, templates, documentation, and implementation materials unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Clients retain ownership of their business and customer data.

We may update this website and these Terms. The version posted here applies to website use after publication.
